Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Manager / Store Manager at Accurate Automotive Northglenn in Northglenn, CO. The shop manager is responsible for all the daily operations of the business with all expectations outlined. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, a dedication to the company mission statement, to employee development, to company profitability, and to 100% customer satisfaction. The job performance, professionalism, desire to grow, and overall working abilities of the service technician determine the success and performance of the company. The company greatly relies on the eye, the hand, and the overall skill and knowledge of a service technician to provide top of the line service and customer satisfaction. This position demands for a great deal of intensity to help our build and lead our entire team. You will be expected to take cleanliness, customer service, organization, accountability and leadership to another level.
