Position Overview:
Accurate Biomed Services, Inc. is a leading provider of respiratory repairs. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch service and products to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Administrator/Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations and ensure the efficient handling of various administrative tasks and facility support in our Brockton location. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer service inquiries, and assisting with tasks to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, distribute, and organize incoming paperwork related to units and equipment.
- Accurately enter data for units that have completed quality control checks.
- Distribute estimates to customers, follow up on schedule when waiting on responses, and document responses when received.
- Assist corporate representatives and management members with information requests.
- Ensure that all paperwork is scanned and sent to the corporate office for documentation.
- Efficiently route units and provide related paperwork to drivers for timely deliveries.
- Call all route customers to gauge needs and confirm delivery timeframe: Maintain communication with route customers to meet their needs and confirm delivery schedules.
- Correct errors in serial numbers, models, and warranty status as needed to ensure the accuracy of data in the Access database.
- Assist customer service in incoming customer calls for inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to assist in the facility including cleaning of incoming units, completed units, or provide other support to facility operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.
