Accurate Biometrics is a family-owned business that is the largest computerized fingerprinting service in Illinois that is committed to protecting its community. We provide non-criminal fingerprinting services required by several state agencies as well as school districts, bus drivers, teachers, and nurses as part of their pre-employment and licensing requirements. We need you to help our dedicated customers, therefore have an immediate opening for a Fingerprint Technician for full-time employment.

Job Description

Compensation: $17.00/hr. employment type: Full-time

The key responsibilities include interacting with our customers, collecting payment, consulting customers on what they need to be printed for, working with our high-tech fingerprinting computer program, and sending the fingerprints over a high speed secure Internet connection from your home or AB office.

You must be able to pass a state and federal background check.

The position will require fingerprinting at our Arlington Heights location 4 days a week and at our Elgin site one day a week with flexibility to print local nursing home residents Monday-Saturday. We pay mileage reimbursement for travel outside of Arlington Heights and a bonus for nursing home residents. You must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

Schedule

Arlington Heights - Full Time Average hours per week is 38 - 40

Site days/hours -

Monday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Thursday (Elgin site) - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Skills/Qualifications

We are looking for a customer-focused person that can work in a high volume environment. This is a fast past environment so must be able to multi-task. Ability to travel up to 20 miles from the Arlington Heights location. Fast and accurate computer/keyboard skills.

Some evenings and Saturday's may be necessary. Training, Internet, and travel reimbursements are included.
