Building Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the cleaning of one building per night.
Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Conduct nightly inspections to identify and rectify any deficiencies.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or cleaning industry.

Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
