Floor Technician Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented, hardworking floor technician who is prepared for physical work, active, enjoys constant movement, and is willing to walk considerably to join our cleaning team. You should have janitorial experience and familiarity with various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. The duties of this job include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial buildings. You may also help clean or extract the carpet. You may have to move furniture for floor access or be asked to perform other light cleaning tasks.
This is a janitorial floor position. During the school season, most floor cleaning will be done by running an auto scrubber and burnishing with a high-speed buffer. During the summer season, stripping/waxing and scrubbing/recoating hard surface floors.

Floor Technician Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required
Valid driver's license
