Position Summary
The service technician position in the Flagstaff, AZ area is responsible for providing our customers with routine scheduled maintenance and emergency service as needed for commercial Ware wash, laundry and housekeeping applications. This includes installation and maintenance of automated dispensing systems.
Responsibilities Include :
- Provide routine scheduled maintenance for an assigned customer base.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assistance with collections as needed.
- Preventative maintenance on commercial Dish Machines, as well as Chemical Dispensers for WareWash, Laundry, and Housekeeping.
- Install commercial dish machines and chemical dispensing systems.
- Respond to and resolve emergency service calls in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Train end-users on chemical systems and equipment
- Frequently use hand and power tools
- Safely Driving to customer sites
- Perform minor plumbing repairs.
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned.
