WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Accurate is looking to add a router operator to its workforce. Our fast-paced, just in time, environment will result in the working with a team operating three Multicam CNC routers on a 4-10 shift. Our customers do not require us to make large production runs, but rather frequent setups of low volume parts varying in complexity. The right team member enjoys working with their hands in a fast paced, team-oriented, clean and organized environment.
Successful Router Operators are:
- Punctual
- Detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing tasks and executing
- Have professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand basic metrology and reference tools (calipers, tape measures, blueprint reading, unit conversion, etc.).
- Able to take ownership of problems and aid in providing solutions
- Organized and willing to adapt to other members/department’s organizational structure
- Able to follow standard operating procedures and standards.
- Already forklift certified OR willing to learn to operate a forklift.
- Take complete ownership of their work and maintain a mindset of continual improvement.
- Team oriented.
- Ability work independently.
- Maintain a mindset of safety ensure the safety of those around them.
- Able to contribute towards problems with a positive attitude
- Able to achieve targets and deadlines
- Strong decision making skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
- Able to provide basic customer service to visitors.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Lifting moderate and atypical shapes of weight (also, knowing when to ask for help)
- Full understanding of how to efficiently operate 3-axis CNC routers
- Work full 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm including mandatory weekends and overtime during our busy periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
