WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Accurate is looking to add an Inspector / Shop Help to its workforce. The right team member enjoys working with their hands in a fast paced, team-oriented, environment.
Duties include:
- Quality Inspection
- Delivering parts to a customer's production line 3 times per week (plus additional local deliveries / errands)
- Acrylic bending / forming
- Parts assembly
Successful Employees are:
- Punctual
- Detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing tasks and executing
- Have professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand basic metrology and reference tools (calipers, tape measures, blueprint reading, unit conversion, etc.).
- Able to take ownership of problems and aid in providing solutions
- Organized and willing to adapt to other members/department’s organizational structure
- Able to follow standard operating procedures and standards.
- Already forklift certified OR willing to learn to operate a forklift.
- Take complete ownership of their work and maintain a mindset of continual improvement.
- Team oriented.
- Ability work independently.
- Maintain a mindset of safety ensure the safety of those around them.
- Able to contribute towards problems with a positive attitude
- Able to achieve targets and deadlines
- Strong decision making skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
- Able to provide basic customer service to visitors.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Lifting moderate and atypical shapes of weight (also, knowing when to ask for help)
- Work full 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
