Duties
- Does NOT wash service vehicles
- Oversees safety;
- Responsible for turning off automatic windshield wipers
- Employees do not get out of vehicles in the Car Wash
- Employees to not vacuum cars behind the Car Wash
- Employees follow the SAFETY SIGNAGE (no ear buds, uniforms,...)
- May drive cars to and from service drive lane
- Manages the schedule for all service wash employees
- Hires, Trains and Terminates all service wash employees
- Communicates both back logs and dead periods to the dealership employees
- Must wear nametag and managers uniform
- Must be become a Certified ODS Manager
- Reports to both Area Director and KC National Trainer
