Accurate Group, LLC, is seeking a qualified Quality Control Analyst to join its growing team in a Remote work setting. The Quality Control Analyst performs the data entry of inspection products, performs quality reviews, and is responsible for delivery of quality Inspection products to various clients daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is required to meet or exceed established daily production goals.
- Review of GroundWorks inspection reports prior to sending orders to client.
- Maintain inspection quality along with compliance of lender requirements.
- Performs on-line research of property and market area.
- Determine acceptability of GroundWorks inspection report.
- Correction of appraisal report, and corrective training of Data Collector, if required.
- Contact with Data Collectors via phone and emails.
- Rating each inspection report for quality.
- Must have general office skills such as data entry, telephone systems, organizational skills, and general knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
- Professional oral and written communication skills are imperative and the ability to deliver a clear and understandable message to a variety of audiences.
- Other Duties as assigned, per business need.
Position Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as working as a self-motivated individual performer.
- Must have general office skills such as data entry, telephone systems, organizational skills, and general knowledge of Windows-based computer programs (Word and Outlook).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy is mandatory.
- Ability to work Remotely with little to no distractions.
- Standing Production requirements to be met daily.
- Valuations experience preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in Quality Control (Residential/ Mortgage industry)
