Location : Allentown, PA (Nationwide Travel Required)
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000 (Based on Experience)
Our client is a leading commercial food service company based out of Allentown, PA. They are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join the growing team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with preferred expertise in refrigeration, HVAC systems, welding, and EPA testing. Candidates must be willing to travel nationwide for 2-3 weeks out of the month. Please review the below job duties and requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial food service environments.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct EPA-compliant testing, including refrigerant recovery and leak detection.
- Utilize welding skills to repair and fabricate system components as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to company standards and specifications.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide clear communication to customers and internal teams.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during service and repairs.
