Shift : M-F
Pay : $18-22 / hr

Key Responsibilities :
- Answers and directs phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Enter and record orders
- Daily invoicing of orders
- Enter payables and receivables
- Solicit quotes from vendors and place purchase orders as needed
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather data and provide updates with status of orders.
- Interact with suppliers as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain customer and vendor records by updating account information
- Support inside sales as needed.
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving as needed.
- Assist in tracking goals and metrics on departmental scorecards
- Perform administrative tasks as directed
- Misc. other duties as assigned
