HIRING IMMEDIATELY : CONTROL CENTER SUPERVISOR - NAZARETH, PA (2ND SHIFT)
Accurate Personnel is seeking an experienced Control Center Supervisor to lead daily operations in our client's Control Center in Nazareth, PA. If you excel in managing logistics, overseeing safety standards, and ensuring top-notch service, this role offers you an exciting, hands-on leadership opportunity!
Compensation :
50,000 per year with weekly paychecks!

2nd Shift - Enjoy a work schedule that leaves your mornings free.
What You'll Do :
Lead operations in the Control Center for all shifts, ensuring compliance with safety, production, and sanitation standards.
Monitor inbound / outbound loads, including alcohol and frozen product shipments, cross-docks, and urgent replenishments.
Assign duties, evaluate team performance, and promote a collaborative, positive work environment.
Resolve PO-related issues, address client concerns, and ensure the highest service quality.
Work closely with departments like Transportation to manage backhauls, and attend daily production meetings.
Requirements :
2 years in warehouse supervision within the wholesale industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Some college-level management training preferred.
