HIRING IMMEDIATELY : FORKLIFT OPERATOR / GENERAL LABOR IN FRANKLIN PARK, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator / General Laborer to join in Franklin Park, IL. This full-time role offers the opportunity to combine forklift operations with general labor tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Join a dynamic team and apply today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location :

    • 19.50 / hour

  • Schedule Options :
  • 1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

    Forklift Operations Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or other types as required) to load, unload, and move materials.
  • Transport items between storage areas, trucks, and workstations safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections to ensure safe operation.
  • Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and handling materials.

    • General Labor Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist with manual loading and unloading of shipments.
  • Sort, organize, and clean warehouse areas.
  • Label, count, and stock materials for inventory control.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks or repairs as needed.
  • Support team operations with additional tasks as required.

    • Requirements and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
