Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Coordinate FMLA/STD paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Provide SAP Time & Attendance training to employees
- Maintain HR Master data & personnel files
- Run and maintain reports to track employee data and attendance
- Assist employees with basic HR questions and provide guidance on company policies
