Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

Location: Hybrid (Tampa, FL)

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role leads the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, submitting candidates, and managing follow-ups throughout the selection process for both hourly and salaried positions. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer to onboarding. Responsibilities also include executing sourcing strategies, researching and identifying candidates through advanced search techniques, and developing internal and external talent pipelines. This role partners with hiring managers, senior leadership, and business partners to address challenges, propose solutions, and measure results.

Essential Functions

• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and provide recruitment consulting, training, and support.
• Fill positions in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide regular recruiting status updates to hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Promote best practices in talent acquisition to enhance the candidate experience.
• Ensure requisitions and offers receive proper approvals and are accurately documented.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and targeted recruiting events to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by sourcing and nurturing active and passive candidates using targeted tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a structured and inclusive interview process.
• Accurately track requisitions and recruitment activity against key performance metrics.
• Maintain compliance with record retention requirements by ensuring applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows are updated in real-time. Generate reports on recruiting metrics such as time to fill and effective hiring sources.

Position Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience:

• 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing plant-focused and corporate recruiting.
• Experience with diversity sourcing and talent pipeline management.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology such as LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, CRM, AI tools, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a professional corporate environment.
• Ability to consult and interact with senior management.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
