Reports To: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Experience Level: 7–10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across key functions, including Accounting, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Services. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, hands-on management experience, and a collaborative approach. This role oversees a team of five and ensures that operational objectives are met in alignment with organizational goals for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Oversight

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 5 across Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, and Services.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture; provide coaching and ongoing training.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth.

Accounting & Finance

  • Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, including SOX audits.

Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Implement cycle counts and regular audits.
  • Work with procurement and sales to forecast inventory needs.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee safe and efficient warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Administrative Duties

  • Develop and enforce office procedures and operational policies.
  • Manage vendor contracts, supplies, and daily administrative needs.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience, primarily in accounting and operations management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and inventory management systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Office Management, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Salary Range:

$75,000 – $95,000/year
