Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Are you a people person with a knack for identifying top talent? We’re on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for various client openings. In this essential role, you will not only extend offers to qualified candidates but also manage our field employee workforce, proactively resolve client issues, and drive operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- $ 20 /HR DOE, paid weekly.
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Daytime, Monday - Friday
- Located in Glendale Heights, Illinois
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop recruiting strategies and processes.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and extend job offers.
- Manage field employees, including counseling and terminations.
- Fill job orders promptly and conduct quality checks.
- Adjust field employees' pay rates as needed.
- Act as primary client liaison, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Evaluate market needs and preferences.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all transactions.
- Generate new business through client service calls.
- Participate in after-hours on-call responsibilities.
- Coordinate communications with applicants.
- Maintain employment records for future reference.
- Ensure punctual arrival of associates at client sites.
- Verify deliveries as necessary.
