Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and quality teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing updates on production timelines and order status.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Utilize Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups to analyze production data, track performance, and generate reports.
- Assist in project coordination by managing multiple production runs and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Identify potential production delays and proactively implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management (preferably in a food manufacturing or co-packing environment).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, data analysis).
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers.
