Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Monday to Friday Saturday OT

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM - Monday to Friday Saturday OT

Job Summary:

We are seeking “dependable” Production Workers to join our team in Henrietta, Texas. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, performing general labor tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to company standards and procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
• Perform visual and manual inspections of product during production
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report any maintenance issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products from conveyor lines
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to safety rules, production schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
• Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays based on production needs

Requirements:

• Ability to work 12hr days, including weekends as needed
• Must be able and willing to learn, listen and take direction from supervisors
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate machinery and understand technical manuals and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25-50 lbs)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (either day or night) and overtime as required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Steel Toe Boots/Shoes required
