This role will focus on accounting and routine administrative duties across multiple operational areas. Hours : Between 6 : 30 : 30 ; M-F (100% in-office)Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE plus BonusLocation : Phoenix, AZ 85043 (near 47th Ave and W. DUTIES-Support and augment routine AR / AP accounting functions on as-needed basis.-Manage and maintain customer files, posting of payments, collections, statements and other AR tasks.-Manage and maintain vendor files, posting of bills, refunds, tax payments and other AP tasks.-Manage and perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. -Manage and maintain routine office equipment and supplies. -Prepare and / or assist others in routine and ad-hoc operational and financial data collection and reporting.-Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS-Associates / Bachelor's degree in Business related field preferred, with consideration for relative experience.-5 years minimum business-related work experience.-Intermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office tools required. -ERP experience strongly preferred, minimum experience in basic accounting software required.-Ability to perform activities accurately and timely.-Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information.-Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.-Positive interpersonal and customer service skills. -Self-managed & Self-motivated work ethic.-Bi-lingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese a plus, but not required.-Clean criminal record & Valid driver's license (no driving required for this position).-Background check required
