JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative – 5172
JOB SUMMARY: The person in this position answers general questions regarding the claim process and directs callers to the appropriate agency/division and/or claim form, as appropriate.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Phoenix, 85007
Projected Start Date: 04/28/25 - must be able to start on this date
Type: Temporary
Duration: 2 months
Benefits: Available after eligibility period is met
DUTIES
- Answering incoming phone calls from the public.
- The ability to interpret and translate verbal Spanish communication is helpful, but not required.
- Assist with notices such as printing, folding and placing notices in envelopes.
- Provide a positive experience with every interaction.
- Meeting performance expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Background check required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills
- Communicate well - both verbally and writing.
- Organized.
