WHO WE ARE

Accurate Roof Systems is one of Texas's premier commercial and residential roofing companies. We started in Tyler, Texas, in 2007, primarily in the industrial roof coatings market. Since those early days, we have grown tremendously and now serve the entire state of Texas. With our recent growth in 2020, we opened up a second significant location in North East Oklahoma. This location allows us to serve that market as well.

First and foremost, we are a Christian-based company and follow those same beliefs in running the company. We also believe in integrity, teamwork, honesty, and that hard work, combined with strong attention to detail, will always pay off. We are very selective about who we bring into the company. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong sales background, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related industry. A confident personality and the ability to read and adapt to a prospect’s tone will go a long way in this role.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable handling conversations that lead to successful sales. You should be able to manage leads, follow-ups, and tasks efficiently using CRM software while keeping track of details. If you enjoy building relationships and take pride in your work.

YOU WILL BE DOING THE FOLLOWING

• Meeting with Commercial property owners and other roofing contractors
• Cold Call Sales
• In-person meetings with business owners and Roofing Contractors
• Entering customer information into our company CRM
• Participating in company meetings and company-sponsored events
• networking
• Be available Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. All of our team stays on a video call during these hours.
• Upload damaged property pictures to our company CRM
