20-25 beds, we cover Cardiology, Nephrology, Trauma surgery, Ortho surgery, Vascular surgery, Neurosurgery, GI Surgery, Urology, Transplant, ICU / Stepdown for those services. Skills around Care Management, EPIC use, Care coordination, Communication with interdisciplinary team, experience with educational / teaching hospitals is very helpful. Up to 3 weekend shifts in 3 months. Every other holiday required. Care Management experience required.
