Window Washer / Power Washer

A successful and growing window and power washing company is seeking multiple reliable and dedicated employees to join their team for the upcoming season on a temp-to-hire basis.

SHIFT: 1st (8a-5p) Monday-Friday

PAY: $16-18.50/hr. Based on Experience

Position Summary: As a Window and Power Washer, you will be responsible for assisting with window washing and power washing services at residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires an individual who is not afraid of heights, can handle ladders, and is willing to be trained on the job. You will be working as part of a team in various weather conditions and must be ready to work hard every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with washing windows and power washing surfaces at job sites
• Set up and safely use ladders to access high areas
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and organized
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
• Transport and carry equipment (including ladders) to and from job sites
• Show up to work every day, on time, and ready to perform tasks as assigned
• Work as a team member, helping with tasks where needed to ensure smooth project completion

Qualifications:

• Ability to manipulate and carry ladders safely
• Comfortable working at heights
• Must be dependable, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work independently after training
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Previous experience with ladders or window washing is a plus, but not required (willing to train)
• Must have the ability to lift, move, and carry heavy equipment as needed
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work
