The Impact
As the HR Director, Americas you will work with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on leading and executing the HR strategy across the Americas region, overseeing HR operations and talent management for 280 employees across 4 countries. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR operational excellence throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
- Supervise an HR Generalist and oversee day-to-day HR operations including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operating countries
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote consistency while respecting local requirements
- Monitor and optimize HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Strategic Leadership
- Represent the Americas region when working with an international team and CHRO to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic HR guidance to regional business leaders and manage complex employee relations issues
- Lead change management initiatives and ensure effective communication across all levels
Talent Management
- Lead succession planning and career development programs across the region
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Develop and execute learning and development initiatives to build organizational capabilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor effectiveness through various metrics
People Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on workforce analytics for executive leadership
- Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership role
Experience in providing HR support in US, Canada and Mexico is preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in key markets
Track record of successfully leading organizational change and transformation initiatives

Compensation/Benefits Information
The estimated annual salary for this role will be between $120,000 - $135,000. Accuris also offers an annual incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package. Additional details will be provided during the recruitment process.
