Role Description:
Experience in Genesys composer v8.1.561.29 Installation and call flow development/deployment? Should have performed Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x implementation and configurations.? Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework, Nuance Speech Recognition, Genesys Voice Portal.? Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOAP, VXML and Voice Object? Genesys Certifications Preferred.? Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development? Excellent analytical skills. Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.? Proficient in Oracle/MSSQL/RDBMS concepts
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy applications using Genesys Composer, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
Work on integrating Genesys Composer with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Customize existing applications to improve user experience and operational performance.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure high quality, reliability, and performance; resolve any issues identified during testing.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications and integrations, including design specifications and user manuals.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
