Role : Oracle CX Consultant
Location : St.Louis, MO
Duration : Long-time contract
Role Description :
- Overall, 10 years relevant to this position with at least 6 years of consulting experience in the CX Domain. Experience on implementing and enhancing PRM.
- Experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must on CX Sales, B2B Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Services, Visual Builder Studio
- Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, crafting efficient solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations / integrations on CX Cloud Projects.
- Prior hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.
- Deep knowledge in web based front end development using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with React and / or other front-end JavaScript frameworks, will be a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with design and development of integrations using various integration patterns.
