- Hands on experience in salesforce Financial Services as consultant
- Understanding & gathering business requirement , experience handling requirement workshops
- Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation
- Salesforce Configuration
- Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation.
- Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements
- Functional Support for salesforce application in-Scope
- Assist Customer team in conducting 'Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users
- Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
- Excellent Communication skills - written and verba
- Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
- Develop and execute regression test cases
- Defect logging and tracking
