Business Title: Packaging Associate
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Job Type: 11 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Package products by hand according to company specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging
- Label, seal, and stack packaged goods for shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area
- Follow company safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors
- Meet daily production quotas and deadlines
- Assist in loading/unloading materials as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Highschool diploma
Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus but not required
