Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Daily metric reporting for sales
- Supports the day-to-day operational activities of accounts payable functions
- Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed and records and processes payments for debts owed by the organization.
- Perform banking functions : positive pay uploads, exceptions, ACH and Wire payments
- Prepare financial and sales reports
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform accounting research and determine the correct application.
- Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements
- Support interim and annual financial statement audits
- Reporting – providing updated reports on Accounts Receivable balances on a regular schedule as well as when requested
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by Supervisor or Manager
