What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Technician position at Accuvision Eye Care O.D., P.A.?
We are looking for a part time Optometric Technician to join our team in our Pineville office!
Daily tasks involve but are not limited to:
- Checking patients in/out
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Confirming appointments
- Pre-testing patients (nct, autorefractor and optos) for the doctor
- Conducting I&R classes for new cl wear patients
- Ordering/Dispensing contact lenses
- Maintaining inventory of supplies throughout the office and cl trials
- Maintaining a clean/organized office
Experience recommended as this is a very fast paced environment.
Pay based on experience and includes hourly wages plus commission.
