POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for someone who loves innovation, leveraging cutting edge technologies, and enhancing the AccuWeather experience. In this position, you will develop, document, and disseminate technical information for our customer-facing products and will have a direct and meaningful impact on our end-user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops functional, efficient, and peer-reviewed documentation
- Writes internal and customer-facing documentation
- Translates technical info into easily understood documentation
- Ensures established processes and standards are followed
- Seeks clarification and assistance on advanced problems
- Contributes to an enthusiastic, positive work environment
- Builds relationships across functions and departments
- Works independently, is self-motivated with great organizational skills
