Our proprietary scripting engine, web forms and custom-built reporting enable clients to successfully conduct large-scale fundraising campaigns with accuracy and creativity. We also support large commercial clients by providing agents to answer help-desk service calls. For 2025, we have a focus on increasing our commercial and government client base.

The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect, pitch, and contract new clients. Business Development Executives work with mid and senior level management, our marketing partner and technical staff. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description since it is the Business Development Executives responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company, referrals and via direct marketing lead generation. This requires a thorough knowledge of the contact center market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the companys competitors. Current strong relationships with organizations who need/use contact centers is required.

What will you do?

Responsibilities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM including weekly progress reports, etc.
- Track, record and forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- 4 years experience in sales and marketing - call/contact center environment preferred
- Current network of prospects and industry relationships
- Experience in high level customer service is required.
- Proven experience in negotiation tactics and ability to close sales
- Solid work ethic and a drive to deliver results
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a sales team to ensure KPIs are met/exceeded
- Salary:
- $60k-65k/yr (DOE)
