Our ACDS Westchester branch in Pelham, NY, is a dynamic preschool that supports children with developmental delays. We’re looking for motivated, compassionate Teacher Assistants to help our talented classroom teachers make a lasting impact in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher Assistant, your day will be filled with meaningful work, including:
- Providing classroom support for students with developmental disabilities (feeding, toileting, diapering, and instruction)
- Assisting in creating a nurturing, safe, and educational environment
- Collaborating with teachers to enhance students’ learning experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous work with children is required—experience with children with disabilities is a huge plus!
- Preferred Skills: ABA experience strongly preferred.
- Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of childcare experience
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
