We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and determined team player to join our team as an AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) and help us launch a new retail customer service campaign. We partner with big box retailers to increase brand awareness, promote products, provide customer service, and close sales for our clientele. As the AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for meeting with our customer service and promoting our telecommunication client’s services available to homeowners in the San Angelo area.
AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities:
- Communicate with consumers one-on-one by directly meeting with them
- Educate consumers on our telecommunication client’s available services and provide pricing information
- Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage long-lasting customer retention and potential for referral opportunities
- Complete the enrollment process for qualified individuals
- Recommend services that best suit the customer’s needs
- Participate in daily training sessions and meeting
- Provide end of the day feedback to the management team regarding production, inventory, and the assigned territory
AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality setting, retail customer service, sales, etc.
- Excel in a fast-paced and people-centric environment
- Engaging and outgoing personality in order to build relationships with community and team members
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a team setting or working alone if required
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
