What you will do:
- Oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Assign tasks and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support when necessary
- Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and safety standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Attend periodic training and safety classes
Who you are:
- 1-5 years of management experience preferred
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
