Summary / Objective : We are seeking a dedicated and organized bilingual Receptionist / Office Support professional to join our team. This role provides general office support with clerical activities and assists the HR Generalist with administrative duties.
Essential Functions :
- Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associates.
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Take and retrieve messages for personnel and provide information about the company.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; manage publications.
- Coordinate express mail services (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies; maintain inventory.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Maintain coffee stations, ensuring they are stocked and clean.
- Support company events in setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Assist the HR Generalist with filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Help prepare materials for onboarding and training.
- Maintain employee records with confidentiality.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the hiring process.
