Position Duties
As a Popeyes Crew Member, you will:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive dining experience.
- Order Assistance: Help customers place their orders by suggesting menu items and providing accurate information.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and package food to meet quality and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained to create a welcoming environment.
- Customer Service: Serve customers with a friendly attitude and assist with any additional needs.
Position Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent service with a positive, cheerful attitude.
- Team Environment: Ability to work under pressure and perform in a fast-paced team environment.

- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, bend, squat, twist, pull, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in both warm and cold environments.
- Climbing Ability: Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
