Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting Up The Bar
- Refer to your opening duties checklist.
- Getting ice for all the wells.
- Prepare fruit and garnishes.
- Stocking the bar and the bar coolers.
- Restocking bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc.
- Rotating the product in the coolers, FIFO.
- Check the draught beers and changing kegs.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all bar walk-ins.
- Taking out the bar trash.
- Cleanliness, wiping tables, washing glassware.
- Assisting the bartenders with anything that they need.
- All duties on the closing check list
