Job Description :

At Verizon, Wireless Zone, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Business Account Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be proficient with spreadsheets and other productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to the clients concerns and needs while building and strengthening the client relationship.
• Fully manage an assigned book of business including but not limited to, identifying sales opportunities, completing customer requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer support.
• Set appointments with current and potential clients to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, networking, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store / retail location.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Verizon products, accessories, price plans, promotions and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings.
• Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding assigned monthly quotas.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with equivalent sales experience required
• 2 years of sales and / or account management experience
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
• Demonstrated experience in solutions sales and maintaining a sales funnel
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a technical product or service
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance
