A Direct Customer Service Representative Will :
Receive hands-on training and development
Work directly with customers
Become an expert on client products and services
Answer all customer questions
Build outstanding customer relationships
Close customer sales when necessary
Upsell products and services
Resolve customer concerns
Follow all client compliance guidelines
