Responsibilities
- Manage patient care
- Patient screening
- Scheduling
- Manage patient placement
- Communicate with Dental Assistants and Dentists
- Educate the Patient with the proposed treatment plan
- Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions
- Connect with new patients via phone and email
- Coordinate with insurance carriers
- Process pharmacy orders and respond to inquiries and issues regarding said orders
- Maintain files
- Provide referrals for continuing care
- Assist the care team with goal setting
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Related duties as needed
- Prepare new patient charts neatly and accurately.
- Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
- Collect and post payments and record receipts.
- Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing.
Nice to have:
- Previous dental experience is preferred but not a must!
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Experience in medical administrative support and office operations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus
- Ability to manage patient records and appointments efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
