The Product Specialist will develop and maintain a variety of relationships with potential and existing customers in the food service industry with a focus on key brands such as Colavita, Mulino Bianco, Perugina, and Sperlari. This role involves visiting retail locations throughout the Tri-State Area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store managers, addressing any store-level concerns and escalating them to the assigned sales representative or designated Ace Endico manager.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays on store shelves.
- Implement and adhere to product rotation procedures to ensure freshness and proper stock management.
- Conduct inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies or deficiencies (both on shelves and in back-of-house inventory) to the store manager.
- Communicate store product requests to the assigned sales representative for fulfillment.
- Monitor in-store promotional activities, verifying that participating products receive the agreed-upon visibility and placement (e.g., endcaps, secondary placements) as specified in the promotion agreement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Ace Endico retail products, with a focus on key brands such as Colavita, Mulino Bianco, Perugina, and Sperlari.
- Proficiently utilize Outlook and Excel for communication, reporting, and data management.
- Perform other assigned tasks assigned by management.
Salary: 64,000-70,000K (depending on experience)
Education/Training:
- College degree preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current insurance
- Two years experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work approximately 45-50 hours per week

- Flexibility to service customers at unconventional times or during non-workdays.

- Use of a personal vehicle is required
- Should have a functional understanding of Excel.
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence a variety of key stakeholders.
