Ace Equipment Company is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated professional to join our growing office team. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, is familiar with various office systems and works well within a team environment. Previous experience preferred but will train highly motivated individual.
The key responsibilities will include administrative tasks, such as assisting with our inventory management system, creating mailings, and filing and answering phones. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills and will ensure that clerks' work assignments are well coordinated.

- Schedule meetings and appointments.
