What You’ll Do
As a Welder at ACE, you’ll play a vital role in the fabrication of our equipment. You’ll be working hands-on in a team-oriented environment where your skills contribute directly to our success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Using manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
- Monitoring welding processes to prevent warping, shrinking, distortion, or overheating
- Examining workpieces for defects and measuring them to ensure specification accuracy
- Operating forklifts as part of the production workflow
- Accepting direction and collaborating with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to plan ahead and meet production deadlines
- Willingness to adapt to changes and work productively
- Committed to workplace safety and compliance
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of prior welding experience
- Background in metal fabrication or related trade
