Job Overview:
Ace Glass is seeking an Auto Glass Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks, including installing and repairing auto glass, Recalibrating automotive safety systems, and provide great service.
THIS IS NOT A TRAINEE POSITION. Must be an experience auto glass technician with a minimum of one year of full installation experience.
Pay is based on experiences. Pay and performance is reviewed regularly to ensure you are rewarded for outstanding performance!
- Duties:
- Installing and repairing auto glass
- Recalibrating automotive safety systems (experience not necessary, training available for this skill)
- Providing additional vehicle diagnostics, services, and products
- Safely operate a company vehicle and company-issued tools
- Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver's license is required
- Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Ability to work scheduled days, with flexibility on start and end times to accommodate customer's needs
- Ability to regularly lift 35-50 pounds
- Excellent customer service with a personable, friendly demeanor
- Organization, multi-tasking, and good time management is a must
