What we are looking for:
- Must own tools and truck or van
- Must take pride in work and want to grow with company
- People and quality oriented
- 3 years minimum experience
- Good Level of Carpentry Skills
- Painting and Staining
- Problem solving
- Excellent people skills
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable on or near roofs for gutter cleaning, hanging christmas lights
- Ability to pull 16' trailer to job sites and to dump debris
- Assisting Craftsmen on larger jobs as needed
- Able to run a pressure washer
We are looking for individuals who can WOW our customers leaving them with a well-functioning home they will enjoy; we want each apprentice and craftsman to be called back and referred by our customers. Repeat customers are the basis of our thriving company. Our craftsmen and apprentice must be able to provide top notch service to achieve this goal of repeat customers. Schedule will vary for Apprentice.
