We are currently seeking 3 Master Craftsmen to join our dedicated team and uphold our standard of excellence in San Antonio, Texas.
Position: Master Craftsman (3 Positions)
Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 Employee
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise and proficiency across a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
- Lead and mentor a team of apprentices and handymen, providing guidance to ensure seamless project execution and skill development.
- Collaborate closely with the Office Manager to review incoming customer leads and receive comprehensive job information for efficient planning.
- Utilize your personal truck and tools to deliver top-notch service and workmanship, meeting our customers' needs with precision.
- Uphold our company's commitment to excellence and attention to detail, ensuring every project is completed to our high standards.
- Exemplify professionalism, reliability, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Utilize your exceptional craftsmanship without the added pressure of running your own business.
- Embrace a flexible schedule, working approximately 30 hours a week from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to strike a balance between work and personal life.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Master Craftsman in your specialized field, showcasing expertise and experience at the top of your profession.
- Possess a valid driver's license, reliable insured truck, and a comprehensive set of tools to effectively carry out tasks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and support apprentices and handymen in their professional growth.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
