Handyman / Carpenter / Tradesman Job Requirements:
- Skilled Tradesman with experience in home maintenance, home improvement, repair & remodeling, carpenter, or handyman services
- Clean background, valid state Driver’s license with insurable driving record required
- Must have own basic hand and power tools fit for many job types
- Your own truck or van preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (you'll be working with a wide variety of different kinds of clients & colleagues)
- Provide exceptional, honest, and fair customer service and team player with office staff
- Strength, balance, agility and ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds and climb 24 ft ladder
- Able to proficiently navigate tablet and mobile technology
- Team player who can also work independently
- Willing to take drug screenings and a background check upon employment
Handyman / Carpenter / Tradesman Responsibilities:
- Completing small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
- Communicating with customers about scope of work and cost estimates
- Insuring the efficient use of materials and maintaining adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Collecting payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Keeping company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Completing invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Performing other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
